Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Subject (optional)
  • Message content

This data is used solely to process your enquiry and is not stored thereafter. Transmission is handled via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards the message to our email address. Web3Forms processes data on servers within the EU. For more information, see web3forms.com/privacy.

Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, browser type, page visited, date and time). This data is used exclusively to ensure operation and for troubleshooting, and is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), where you contact us.

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is required for the fulfilment of a contract, required by law, or you have expressly consented.

Third-party service used: Web3Forms for the transmission of contact enquiries. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
